The Outeniqua Chair Challenge (OCC) is a flagship event not only for George but for South Africa as a whole. It won the Western Cape Premier Award for the best event in 2019.

Save the date! This year's OCC takes place on Saturday, 15 March. We're thrilled to announce that Pieter du Preez, Olympic gold medallist (Tokyo 2020) and Paralympic bronze medallist (Paris 2024), will be joining a stellar lineup of athletes to tackle the 42.2km challenge
